This policy explains the legal warranty applicable to consumer purchases and the process for reporting defects or non-conforming products.

Legal warranty

Products sold to consumers by Mueblesgarralda are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The legal warranty covers lack of conformity under the conditions required by law. This may include manufacturing defects, products that do not match the description, products unfit for ordinary use, missing or incorrect parts, or defects present at the time of delivery.

What the warranty does not cover

The legal warranty does not cover problems caused by:

normal wear and tear from use;
improper use, accidents, negligence, or improper care;
incorrect assembly or installation performed by the customer;
failure to follow care or assembly instructions;
unauthorized repairs or modifications;
damage caused after delivery due to circumstances not attributable to Mueblesgarralda.
Visible damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect item at the time of delivery

Customers must inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. If any visible damage, defect, missing parts, or an incorrect item is observed, they must contact info@mueblesgarralda.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

the order number;
clear photographs of the item and its packaging;
a brief description of the problem.

The request for notification within 48 hours is intended to expedite the resolution of delivery-related issues. This request does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding hidden defects or non-conforming products.

How to process a warranty claim

To process a claim, please contact info@mueblesgarralda.com and include:

the order number;
a description of the defect or lack of conformity;
photographs or videos, whenever possible;
any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

If the claim proves to be valid, Mueblesgarralda will provide the solution required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund of the amount. In cases where the return of the item is necessary to address a valid claim, Mueblesgarralda will bear the reasonable shipping costs for such return.
